Recovering DLC’s which I did purchase in the past

So I discover that COD 2 servers are back up, I attempt to download my already purchased content but to my surprise after looking through my games that it in-fact is not there. I purchase the game itself again as I see no issue in spending $15 to relive good memories. I am then met with the DLC’s not being a part of my downloadable content, so I try to uninstall them to try reinstalling them as that would typically resolve any issues. I then notice that the content had completely disappeared after uninstalling it, there is no way I plan in purchasing $45+ of content that I had already purchased. So I ask what steps must I take to obtain all the DLC’s which I have already purchased and played (I have the achievements showing that I have played the maps on zombies before)?

If I may ask, may I know which platform are you using to play the game, is it on Windows PC, Xbox 360, or Xbox One/Series console?

Kindly confirm if the DLC Order Numbers are showing up on your account transaction by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

The DLC license is linked to the account where they’re purchased which means that we need to recover the account or if it’s already deleted we may need to re-purchase the DLCs.

Let me see if I got this right. 1 month ago you used your friends Xbox Live account, recovered to your Xbox. You then used your friends account to purchase and download the Dawnguard DLC. Then on your friends Xbox the Hearthfire DLC was purchased and you
recovered his account to your Xbox. Then you re-downloaded the Hearthfire DLC to your console but you have no access to it?

Did you complete a license transfer for the DLC after you recovered the profile?

Are you getting any kind of error message? Did your friend recover his gamertag back to his own Xbox before you attempted to access the DLC?

you can get eveything recovered with a licence transfer and then redownloading so you wont have to purchase the dlcs again aslong as you recover the same gamerag that bought the dlcs
