recovering a xbox account i lost because i lost the email

ive contacted support but they said they were not able to confirm i was the owner of the account if anyone had advice on what to do ill take your word for it i gave them as much information that i could like my email i used and the email i wanted to change it to but to no avail they didnt budge so im in the deep end trying to recover it because i spent a few 100$ on games and transactions

I'm sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately if you cannot provide the necessary information needed to complete the recovery form and you don't have access to the back up email set up on the account, then you wont be able to recover the account.

I understand losing an account is frustrating however, the security is set in place to ensure that it is the person that owns the account that is trying to recover it.

So can i turn it back or is my info lost.

Because i did a recover but i think because i created a new account on the same email it didn’t work.

Sorry but if there was no email address attached to the account and you've deleted it or lost it there is no way to recover it. However, what you can do is create a new email address and account for her. Keep the details of the account handy so that if
it is lost again in the future you can easily recover it.

I found an email that could be the one I signed up with but I do not remember part of it . Is there any way to recover a lost email account?

Its not lost, the email used to create it simply doesn't exist anymore. We can't even go to recover our passwords because I had an mts.net account and it transferred to windows live sometime last year but the xbox still has the old email locked in, unable
to change.
