Recovering A Subscription

I had the unfortunate experience of have my MS email hacked the other day. MS have investigated and found that this was indeed true and have transferred my Xbox live account over to a new outlook email.

Unfortunately my sub was paid up to August of next year, needless to say my recovered account does not say this. How do I go about getting my sub back to where it was?

Is there a link to the Xbox chat. The support page doesn’t seem to have one?

I understand they provided only 2 months and you had 14 months.
However, I’m afraid to say that here we can provide the reason why decided to give only 2 months.

I’m afraid to say, but it is not possible to transfer subscriptions between Microsoft accounts. You may need to purchase it on the new one.

However, you may want to contact Microsoft support one more time and review the options you may have.

You can do it by visiting the Contact Us website. In case, the chat or callback option doesn’t appear. You can try picking a different category. Or if the “ask a gamer” option appears, you can request them to escalate your request.
