Recover your account

I’m in the same boat as you. This is so infuriating. I’m about to lose about a decade of progress as well. I’m honestly at the point where I’m never gonna go back to Xbox again. Their customer service and Microsoft in general is awful. I understand they prioritize safety and security, but it’s literally me calling about MY account and all they can say is your information is not correct and keep trying. I’m no longer going to try because I’ve done 2-3 a day for the past two weeks and get denied within 5 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I'm afraid only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Sadly, Support do not give out account details nor assist with issue of account recovery.

With the console you created your account, 'recover' your sons account that is on it dont just sign in to it then 'recover' the other two, then go to there consoles 'recover' individual accounts

Are you recovering your old account with the correct email and password, because if you are then it would have recovered that account, I advise you to try remember your associated windows live ID with that account and then try to recover it with the correct
windows live ID, it should recover your account if you are using the correct ID for the account.

Are other account able to recover on your console? Can you recover your account to another console?
