    Recover smurf accounts


    About 6 months ago my Xbox did an auto update and after the update my console had been wiped which meant all of the accounts I had disappeared. I didn't write down any of the emails however I did link them to my email but it only shows the first 2 letters of each email which doesn't help in the slightest. Is there any way I can recover the accounts?

    Sadly, Xbox Support can’t provide you with your lost email addresses, even if you know the Gamertags associated with them.

    Additionally, the previous link has some alternative methods in which you could try finding your lost email addresses, have you already tried them?

    Get a real job (not that pretend job where you work on movies and adverts but forget you said that and change it to something else)
