If the current save on the cloud is of the latest restart, then you have overwritten the old save with the previous progress. There is no way to recover the previous progress in that case.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are attempting to recover a deleted world.

If you have deleted a world in Minecraft, that world is gone. There will be no way to recover that account.

Typically, save data is stored in the cloud, but the minute you delete or discard something in-game, that save state will be synced up to the cloud and you will be unable to recover that previous state.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on save data. When you get the prompt to choose the console or cloud this is a one time question. What happens if choose the console is it overwrites the cloud save. So there would be

Forza forums to see if they may be able to recover a previous save. The cloud overwrites itself each time it saves.
