Hello Virginia O, I have access to my microsoft account, login and everything, That's not the problem. The problem is that my old Xbox 360 Gamertag, achievements and everything was gone, when I logged in i had to set up a new profile/gamertag and everything for my Series X. Been trying to get in contact with an Agent but seem to be stuck in an infinite waiting loop.

If I'm able to play all my Xbox One titels on the Xbox Series X console, I'm not seeing a need for keeping my Xbox One X.

So I would probably sell it just like I did with my old 360.

Already contact the xbox support and told her about problem and she link me to this forum, currently no-one has the gamertag on the 360/X1. Just trying recover my old gamertag so i can use it on my new account.

No. You cannot join Xbox LIVE Gamertags. Unless recovered that gamertag with the Windows Email details to Xbox LIVE and
then paid the 800 Microsoft Points to change the 2002 Gamertag to something else, and then paid another 800 Microsoft Points ot change your current gamertag to the old one.

But all that would achieve would just be changing your gamertag to your old gamertag and that is all. Nothing else would be transfered from your 2002 Gamertag to your 2012 Gamertag, like Xbox LIVE Tenture (number of years on Xbox LIVE). That would all remain
on the recovered 2002 Gamertag.
