Recover forgotten email address

I got replacement Xbox one S under warranty,i entere my current email address and it loaded aprofile i lost 3yrs ago when another Xbox blew up. I cannot remember the email account that i created at the time because it was only for xbox live and i never checked
for mail due to fact i only use my work email address. How do i recover the email address,,??pls anybody ???

to recover a forgotten email address go to https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution

if the steps there don't work click the Contact Us button on that page

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

you will need to sign in for this so create a new outlook or live email account for contacting Support then explain the situation and give details for the forgotten account when you get through

do not bump old threads if you cannot access your account do to not knowing all the info then calling support like the other user above suggested is the ONLY thing you can do nobody on the forums can help with this.

If you can follow these steps you will be able to find out your account's email address:

Am I correct in that you've tried to contact Support and been unable to verify yourself as the account holder? If not, go ahead and contact them here:
support.xbox.com/contact-us

You could try following the next link and try it with a couple different plausible email addresses and see if any of them make anything happen. It's the account recovery page, and you'll need to provide details to prove ownership of the account.
