Recover an old, lost account

So for starters I have an account i no longer have access to (I still have the console but it no longer turns on as it’s a 360 e with red dot of death.) Made using a realitives email of which they no longer remember. Is there any way i can get it back? Maybe using the console’s serial number or something?

If you have lost access to your old account use Lost account solution, then you could access your old purchases and

Since it's so old...there is no way to recover it because there is no Windows Live ID (Microsoft Account) associated with it. I have an account that I'd like to recover as well from years ago, but it's lost.

I'm afraid it's gone for good my friend.

I'm not entirely clear, but let me ask.

Are you saying you lost access to your original account, and made a new account?

If so, any purchases from old account will not be available to new account. To access these, you would need to recover your old account.
