    Recover account time?


    Hi! My account got hacked and the email linked to the account got changed with the password. I contacted microsoft like 4 days ago thru online chat giving them all the necesary informations about the account, but still now after 4 days no response. What i can do? I need to access that account as soon as possible. They told me that they will transfer my stuff over to this account after confirmation of the ownership.

    How long does it take to receive an answer?

    Also when my stuff from that account will be transfered to this acount, UID of minecraft for example will be changed?

    Help corrupt profile (cant sign in )

    yeah recovering your account too many times can corrupt it, all I can suggest is delete the account (not the saves) and recover it a last time. if you want to move your account to another console put it on a USB flash drive instead your account will be
    much more stable than recovering it each time. BUT if it is to far corrupt to recover, than you can try calling support but worst case scenario, you would have to start all over, sorry.

    Your friend shouldn't be recovering your account. Your account is your responsibility at all times.

    Using 1 account and 2 xbox's

    so either you keep it on a usb drive so to be signed in you just need to plug the usb drive in one place or recover the account

    as stated an account can only be signed into live in 1 place at a time

    this prevents issues with stolen accounts

    (i don't recommend keeping recovering it too many times)

    After a period of time your account is deactivated or deleted. If you ever remember her info you can recover account. If you remember the gamertag contact Xbox live support and they maybe able to help recover.

    Recovering banned account

    There is no way to recover a banned account. Once banned, you loose everything connected to that account including gold time remaining on the account.
