    Hello, my name is Emanuel, I've created a hotmail account for my xbox 360, that acount was invade and now the phone number is not mine and no matter how many times I fill out the form with most of the information I know, I keep getting the email that says:

    • Submit the form from a device you frequently use from a familiar location.
    • Use the information you provided when you created the account, or last updated it.
    • If you use Outlook, you will be asked to list recently used email addresses and the subject lines from recent emails. Ask for help from contacts to confirm their email addresses and tell you the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.

    IMPORTANT: Please don't share personal information, including emails, gamertags, phone numbers, etc.

    That being said, if the automated system is not accepting the recovery form, I regret to inform you that's not possible to recover the account until it gets accepted.

    However, just a heads-up, you can submit the recovery form up to 2 times per day, and in case you didn't try, you can check some suggestions to Microsoft here:

    Not only that, but it's important to mention that if you enabled 2-step verification in the past, please be aware that the recovery form will not work.

    Without any access to the recovery contacts, it may be extremely difficult to recover your account. However you can attempt to recover your account by filling out an account recovery form. If applicable, complete the form using a device you have previously used to sign in to your account and in a location where you commonly use that device and we will recognize it, such as your home or office.

    It is recommended that you first go to the Help with the Microsoft Account Recovery Form at: https://support.microsoft.com/accou...ccount-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3- dc8113b20c42 before filling out the form.

    When you are ready, you can fill out the form at: https://account.live.com/acsr.

    You have unlimited entries with the recovery form, however you can only submit it only twice a day.

    You can try to contact Mojang support to see if they can transfer your game license to another Microsoft account. If you have proof of purchase, they might do it.

    If you try to recover the deleted hotmail account using the Microsoft recovery form, does it also show you that the account does not exists?

    I don't have any more information to sent. I already sent Friends&family emails and subjects, credit card account, personal data...

    What I need is a procedure to recover my hotmail account. Account recovery forms is not enough.
