recover a deleted Profile/Gamertag?

Does anyone know how to recover a deleted Gamertag? i reset my X Box 1 and can no longer access DCUO.The data/characters are all still in the game/my league and my subscription is still active, I just cant access it.

What do you mean by a "deleted gamertag"? You should just be able to sign in with the email and password login for your account. Is there a reasn that you cannot do this?

I erased my X box one. A factory reset of sorts, and it erased my original xbox account, I still have the first Microsoft account I got when I bought my first laptop but my X box account was erased. The profile that tracks your achievements etc...

yes delete your profile then recover gamertag the passcode will be removed

Your profile seems to be corrupt, delete your profile (profile only) and recover your gamertag.

Please try the following :

Delete your Gamertag and recover it again.

Scroll to settings, select System , Storage , Gamer Profiles , select your Profile and select'" Delete Profile only".

- Now Recover Gamertag and see i your Issue is now Resolved.
