    Recore/Robo Reward Credits Missing


    Ok, so it's been well over 96 hours, and the credits I should be receiving for purchasing Recore as well as the credits for unlocking at least 5 achievements (I've unlocked 13 so far) are still not being awarded.

    Please help.

    Robo Rewards for Recore Not Giving Credit

    Hello. I purchased Recore over 4 days ago, and have since unlocked 13 achievements. However, the credits/rewards for both 1) purchasing the game as well as 2) unlocking at least 5 achievements, all as part of the Robo Rewards are still missing. Please help.

    11/14/2016 ReCore $39.99

    I'd like to get working on Level 2 of the Robo Rewards MyMission already and earn more credits. Since its been almost a week since my last purchase, I'd like to check if there are any issues.

    From our FAQ:

    • Level 1: “C: \ LAUNCH” (UNLOCKS LEVEL 2) — Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $59.99 before tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like ReCore, STAR WARS: Battlefront, and LEGO STAR WARS: The Force Awakens in
      the Xbox Store, and eligible movies and TV shows like STAR WARS: The Force Awakens, Ex-Machina, and Futurama from Microsoft Movies & TV.
    Since your purchase was only 39.99, it did not complete the first level of the offer. The second level of the offer can only be completed upon completion of the first level of the offer, so you have not received Credits yet for your achievements.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after making a purchase. So you should see the credits over the next day or so.

    They should update around the same time, but they don't always at the same time. Support will still double check it for you and post back here as well.
