Discus and support Recore Reward and Recore Achievement Credits Not Showing Up in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hello. I downloaded Recore yesterday and have also unlocked 6 achievements so far. But, my "Rewards Credit Earned" balance still shows 0. Please...     Recore Reward and Recore Achievement Credits Not Showing Up


    Hello.

    I downloaded Recore yesterday and have also unlocked 6 achievements so far. But, my "Rewards Credit Earned" balance still shows 0. Please help.

    Xbox live Rewards for game purchases not showing

    Recent rewards for purchasing robot titles are not showing, i bought ttitanfall 2, and own recore since release (i realize recore may not apply since i purchased it on its release), also achievements for both games are not reflected on the my rewards site.

    I still haven't received any purchase credits

    From previous purchases (recore, fortnite a nd destiny 2) I have never received any rewards credits.

    Recore Reward and Recore Achievement Credits Not Showing Up

    It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases/activity. So it's just too soon to see the credits show as pending.

    Ok, it's been well over 96hrs, and there are still no credits for either my purchase or the achievements I unlocked as part of the Robo Rewards promotion. If anyone can help, I would very much appreciate it.

    Support will double check for you. Keep in mind that if Recore is the only game you've purchased towards that offer, it is not enough to unlock level 1 on its own.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.
