    Recore and Bioshock promotion codes have not been received.

    Since the $10 gift code is an offer from microsoftstore.com, you'll need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    Keep in mind that if you're a Rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card. Those should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the games shipped.
