Hello, I attempted a purchase of ReCore on the Microsoft store where it was declined. I managed to get the issue resolved however it was after the release date, and I was told I could still get the pre-order bonus content due to the issue on the store as
it was attempted before it's release. I've been referred to several chats, in the end leading me here. I'm not sure if you have access to to chats on support but here is my reference number for when the issue was escalated: [Mod Removed]
