Recore Error Message 0x803f8001

So I've been playing the game fine for about a day but yesterday i booted it up and it gave me a message that says I don't own the game. I got the game on game pass so I'm not sure why it's doing this.

I've tried hard resetting and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change.

Any way I can fix this?

same here. I tried to buy 'Recore' and I saw that error message.

then I tried to buy 'Forza Horizon 3' there is no problem. I bought it.

so I return to 'Recore' and tried buying again, shown error message. what the hell?

I can't buy Recore. why..

One possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue is due to corrupted game license. Another reason is an due to an ongoing Xbox Live outage. To verify if there's an ongoing service alert, kindly visit the
Xbox Live Status page.

If everything is normal and you're still experiencing the same issue, kindly perform the steps provided on this

link on how to remove and re-add your Microsoft account on the Xbox One console. This will refresh game licenses associated to your Xbox account. This won't delete your data. Make sure to restart your device before re-adding your profile.

I would suggest waiting for microsoft to fix the problem at their end as it's happening to everyone trying to play this particular game, myself included. It really seems with support here that the left hand doesnt know what the right is doing ( or in this
case, has done ) as there has been the usual " aware of problem, working on it" response from another official rep

 

Just had a notification saying Recore was ready to play and it's working again

 

Simply removing the account from the console and adding it again afterwards has solved the problem for me and apparently others so for something that takes 2 mins and has no complications, then I think @CaySean1106 has advice that needs to be upvoted. Also
I would go so far as to say that the Question is answered?
