If it was working fine up until early this morning, what other apps or programs have you opened since then that could be affecting your graphics card? I recommend closing all apps you are using and to make it easier I recommend restarting your PC with a

clean boot.

Also make sure Windows is up to date and your graphics card drivers are up to date.

If you haven't already, I recommend that you check out the
Troubleshoot Xbox Game Bar on Windows 10 article and see if some of the techniques for provided there work for you.

Additionally there in an article
here where Brandon J. Mayfield suggested this: "I experienced this issue while recording on a computer using a KVM and switching mouse
and keyboard to another computer. This only occurred while I had "Capture mouse cursor in recordings" unchecked in Settings -> Gaming -> Game DVR. "
