Recording CSGO Video

I did that as you told me to and it did not work.

OK. A few questions, and suggestions:

Are your video card drivers up to date? (I am going to assume that they are, but must check anyway)

Are you running CSGO in full screen mode? Have you tried recording in windowed mode?

Game DVR has issues with various games in full screen mode.

Give windowed recording a try, and let us know if that works.

There seems to be a common problem with CSGO, and DVR. Please try turning off Multisampling Anti-Aliasing in the game's display settings, and see if your recording works.

1920x1080 res. I checked and i have it plugged into the gpu. I took a look at the videos and they were nothing like mine. In csgo they got around 200fps avg

while i get around 80.

I did actually reach out to forza support and they were actually the ones that told me to contact you. Im pretty sure its not a hardware issue since forza is the only game the problem occurs in and i play on the lowest settings and my gpu is only used at about 60% at the highest points. My cpu does overheat in csgo and ive had problems with that in the past and contacted valve however in csgo my screen only used to freeze for one sec and then i could play again (this problem hasnt happened since 2019) and even when i played csgo earlier today the problem never occured. I contacted forza support and I send them a 30 sec video file of what was happening in my game with the double screen (recorded from my phone) and they still told me to contact you. I have attached a screenshot of the email below.
