    Thank you for taking the time to address a few issues I have had recently. I experienced a miscommunication and misunderstanding of the redemption of my one month xbox live gold card from Microsoft rewards. The understanding upon redeeming it was that it
    would be good for one month from the time of redemption, however I was unaware that Microsoft was using GMT as their standard time for Gold subscriptions, since everything else I have dealt with through Microsoft has been more local time friendly. However
    this is a small issue compared to the unreal experience with the support team when I went to inquire about this. The first person I spoke to beat around the bush so much (1.5hrs, seriously) and said multiple contradicting statements, including claiming a system
    wide maintenance was currently happening, that I was forced to be vocally active in fighting my case. I requested theirs and the supposed supervisor which she kept referring to name's, so that I could follow up with management about the chat, at which point
    she terminated the chat. I initiated the chat simply seeking an answer to why my xbox live had terminated a day ahead of its projected expiration. I sought out the help of another CSR asap and found a quick answer to my inquiry, simply that gold subscriptions
    were associated with GMT timestamps, for this confusion and previous chat experience I merely hoped to gain a Live trial or something trivial to simply gesture a token of compensation for the trouble and time spent. However speaking with the next agent did
    bring up an issue that I had honestly given up on and forgotten about, my unredeemable codes from my gears of war 4 pre-order. I was supposed to receive all preceding content, and I planned to play through the series for the complete story. Unfortunately gears
    of war 2 and Judgement were never able to be redeemed despite multiple efforts. And so I never got to enjoy my purchase of gears of war 4 and the complete saga. I understand that this took place a long time ago, but it did have a tremendous impact on the
    games I could play, furthermore, and most critical, my xbox experience. I truly hope there is something that we can do to resolve these issues amicably and fairly. I was offered a code for Gwent, a free to play game, which I tried to point out politely that
    it was indeed a free to play and not really meriting compensation, and then was offered the two games from the gears of war bundle that I rightfully owned but had not been able to redeem. Again I pointed out that those would not in fact be appropriate for
    compensation because I actually already owned them. I hope we can arrive at a fair recompense for these issues, especially considering time and customer experience on my behalf. I am open to suggestions, but will put forward one thing would go above and beyond,
    truly make my day, and restore my faith in Microsoft and Xbox. I missed out on purchasing the Commander Edition of Elite: Dangerous while it was on sale due to being in a rough patch financially, receiving that would be truly amazing. However I do acknowledge
    that is quite a request and reiterate that I am open to suggestions to resolving this. Thank you again for your time and consideration, I sincerely appreciate it. - Matthew - GT:

    Then what kind of action against the hacker can I expect to see taken in this instance? I've stated the exact situation that has occurred, have multiple witnesses/victims, and have not had my unlocks restored or had any kind of recompense. I am continually
    checking the status of the players that participated in the event and will continue to do so.

    more info on the issue you're seeing when trying to redeem them. If possible post up a screenshot so we can take a look. Thanks!

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

    I'd imagine correctly recompensating people who've bought new consoles in the meantime would be a trial in amongst itself.
