Recommend a friend

I'm trying to recommend a friend of mine for this rewards program and he is not appearing on the available friends list within the recommend a friend rewards section of the rewards website??

Please can you let me know why?

Recommend me a Headset

I bought a pair of Turtle Beach XLCs, because they are around the same price as the official Microsoft headset. They're also made to a higher quality, and while they don't change my gameplay radically I enjoy having them for my gaming sessions. I don't use
them for anything else though because I have a pair of Sony MDR-XD200s, and a pair of Creative EP-830s, for those purposes.

heavy rain or The walkind dead. The dead can be beat in a sitting or two. May take more if you chose different paths or if you get stuck in a spot where you try to make a choice but nomatter what it happens any ways.

 

I always seem to have to post again on here before I get any responses? Why is this?

 

Posting again makes no difference on the amount of time it takes for support to respond. It's actually best not to bump your thread. Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they try to respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take
a couple of days to receive a response sometimes. So a little patience is needed.

 

Hi the unit1982. No friends pop up on your list because they have all made prior purchases from the Xbox Store. Only those who have not made a purchase before would qualify.

I am not sure what you mean by "made purchases from the Xbox store"? I am trying to simply sign him up to the Rewards program that I am now on.....

 

There are no offers to refer a friend to join the program. You can refer them to either upgrade to gold or make their first purchase on Live.
