J'ai reçu un message du renforcement Xbox live sur ma console le 26/10/17, pour non respect du code de conduite donc mon compte est banni temporairement je ne comprend pas car depuis mes anciens ban de tchat j'ai retenu la leçon et je n'enfreint plus le code
de conduite je le respecte ! Alors j'aimerai retrouver mon compte s'il vous plaît car cette fois-ci je ne mérite pas une'telle sanction c'est injustifié !

Hello. I play has gears of wars 4. My profile is in main account on my Xbox one. I thus bought season pass on my profile the problem it is that my husband who plays on the same console had no packs of operations, boost of troop, boost of battle, pack of
elite. The maps of the game(set,play) is shared well but not packs. While all which is on my account should be shared with the other profiles. The customer service Xbox me sending here to find the solution to this problem. What do I have to make?
