    Hello. I play has gears of wars 4. My profile is in main account on my Xbox one. I thus bought season pass on my profile the problem it is that my husband who plays on the same console had no packs of operations, boost of troop, boost of battle, pack of
    elite. The maps of the game(set,play) is shared well but not packs. While all which is on my account should be shared with the other profiles. The customer service Xbox me sending here to find the solution to this problem. What do I have to make?

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Maybe but I connected my account on the console of my brother who had him(her) access to the pack and to the map. And that my husband had no access on my own console there. (Knowing that I bought season pass on my console).

    There are various reasons why you are experiencing this issue. It is possible that the account who purchased the packs is not set as Home account on the Xbox.

    To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

    • How many Xbox consoles are you using?
    • On which console did you set your account as Home account?

    You can share purchased games and Xbox Live Gold with other users only on your home Xbox. There are some game contents and map packs that are only allowed to be used by the profile who purchased it.
