Se que lo que estoy haciendo no vale para nada. Pero bueno dejo mi caso por escrito.Compre la consola en junio y cuando la compre me venia una tarjeta de regalo con un mes gratis xbox live gold y una de game pass, como no ponia fecha caducidad lo deje para
más delante. Que paso pues cuando meti el numero de la xbox live hace dos semana me ponia que el codigo estaba caducado. Llame atencion al cliente de xbox y me comentaron que esto lo unico que habia, que hacer es activar de nuevo el código de xbox live gold,
se pone una incidencia (Mod Removed - Personal Information) para el departamento de soporte técnico. Y desde el departamento de soporte técnico me estuvieron pidiendo fotos y se parecía que lo que querian era
aburrirme, porque cada vez me pedia algo diferente. Tuve

que llamar hasta 3 veces.Ayer fue la ultima vez que llame porque me habia cancelado la incidencia porque me habia equivocado en una de las fotos que envie, me pidieron perdon. Y me aseguraron que me contestarian en el mismo dia y la respuesta fue por el
servicio tecnico me que me ponga en contacto con el vendedor porque la clave esta caducado y ellos no pueden hacer nada. Y mi pregunta es si la clave xbox game pass si va y no va la gold, como puede ser eso cuando las dos viene en el mismo carton. Estoy muy
desilusiónado porque veo que estado perdiendo el tiempo y no tenido solución.
