i was recived doom1&2 code from this forums support

but, those Prepaid code is not work.

i was try change Locale to US and Argentina...

I purchased Doom 2016.03.17 but still not received a message on doom1, doom2 code

I purchased Doom digitally on Xbox one on 2016. 03. 17 but i am still not received a message on doom1, doom2 code.

please give me doom1, doom2 code..

 

DOOM preorder codes never showed up.

I preordered DOOM on April 20th and never recived a code for DOOM 1 & 2. Please help, I want to get in the mood for DOOM.

 

I have the same XBOS1005 problem with a XBOX Live Subscription code, I also tried , like you , to change location, but with no luck! Same error. Can someone help us?

 

If it is a region error changing your locale has no effect on the error

In order to get region locked content your account region not your console region must match your actual region

This can only be changed every 3months under my account and change my region On this website

I Live in korea as you may guess...

but, doom can't in Korea store.

so, i bought doom in Argentina store.

and i tried Aregentina sotre with VPN.. but it's note work..(also US Store)

Let i know these promotion code are witch region lock?

 

Unfortunately as you noted, Doom is not available in Korea. In order for the codes to work, you must be physically located in a region the game is available in (and have your Xbox Live account region matched to that region).
