Recieving Error code : 0x80073D05

Discus and support Recieving Error code : 0x80073D05 in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So i tried to delete the Xbox app from my pc, and it never seemed to delete it.     Recieving Error code : 0x80073D05


    So i tried to delete the Xbox app from my pc, and it never seemed to delete it. But one day it disappeared from my desktop so i figured it deleted. Well Game Pass got a game i wanted to play and i tried to download the Xbox app again, so i could play but upon installing i received th error code 0x80073D05. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    I've been looking into this one and it is very strange as that code, on a PC, indicates a Store issue but not on the Xbox it seems

    Also interesting that the code isn't even listed on the Xbox codes page...surely they must have come across it before!!

    The upshot of this seems to be a full factory reset may be needed

    Thank you. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices then add your console as a device using its serial number or if it's already added simply click "show details", I would appreciate it if you can provide me the warranty status that will be visible from there.

    Was the XBox brand new when you bought it? It's unusual to have a hard drive fail within 3 years, albeit not uncommon. Of course, it may not be the hard drive at all..that was just my initial thoughts but I'm in no means a console expert (my expertise is mainly PCs)

    Could you post the error code here please? I'm sure there are plenty on here that have likely seen every error code that the XBox throws up

    I apologize for the trouble but in this case, the console needs to be repaired since you have already reset the console removing everything. May I ask what Xbox One console do you have? I will help you in checking the warranty period as well as guide you in creating a repair order if possible.
