    recieved no reward points for YEARS WHY?!


    Hi I'm and I've been using the xbox 360 when it was the original white console Im now on the standard Xbox One console I've spent well over 1k between the consoles alone never mind the amount of games being in the hundreds

    yet I haven't received any rewards I was told I wasn't a member which didn't make a lick of sense so I re-registered again which was irritating. Now this brings me to my issue I've been a member of Xbox live gold for 7yrs so why is it I don't have the other
    6yrs worth of reward points that I honestly should have or something of equivalent value? Which frankly I don't understand why this has happened and has been allowed to occur for so long without anyone noticing. I've spent over a thousand dollars on Xbox in
    general so what happened that the reward system spat in my face for so many years?? Can someone help please.

    and keep in mind I have mentioned this a couple of times and no one helped me then neither.

    I purchased 2 years of Xbox live and was supposed to recieve 200 reward points for each year purchsed. I have been waiting for months and contacted support several times. I still have not recieved my points. What do I do to get the reward points I am entitled

    We have not received rewards for renewing Xbox Live gold since July 2014. The staff will take a look to see about prior to that, but remember promotional credit expires if unused after 1 year so if it wasn't used without you realizing it then it is well
    past expired at this point.

    The staff will respond withing 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    We see that you have been a registered member since 2012, and have been appropriately Rewarded during that time frame.
