    Hi Xbox Community,

    I needed some assistance because recently I received an unjust permanent suspension and I cant submit a case review. Every time I try to submit a case review my account gets logged out and the page will refresh. Also when I go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to view why I was banned it says that I have a perfect record. I really hope this can get resolved soon because its unfair that my first suspension is permanent and I cant even make a case for it. If anyone can assist me it would be greatly appreciated.

    Well mine was soon as I said it so xbox shouldn't ban words.

    Atleast look at the whole conversation.

    A ban wasn't needed here with common sense.

    Yes, as stated above, there's an issue with the notification and it's telling everyone they have a permanent suspension when they don't.

    Fair enough if thats the case for a refund but its still not right for a new user to get a permanent ban off a first offense. I get it if the person was remaking accounts but this isnt the situation at all.
