    recieved a 4 day suspension for my gamer pic when the new COD is out and I pre ordered it My gamer pic is a picture of me in body armour, I work in close protection in Ukraine, nothing explicit just a picture of me, why have I recieved a suspension? See picture below.

    I've done this but it says they will reply in 7 days, I've purposely pre ordered the new COD as soon as it was available to play as soon as it came out today, not got home to this suspension over something not valid, I've never had any suspensions or warnings preciously for anything in the last 10 years. I'm absolutely fuming with Microsoft

    Xbox custom profile pic glitch

    You may just need to give it time to update but also try this just to make sure....

    1. Push the guide button

    2. Move over all the way to the right and push A on "Profile".

    3. Then push A on "Edit Profile"

    4. Find the tab to change your gamer pic and push A

    5. Make sure your "Public" and "Private" Gamer pic are the same picture.
