Ich bekomme regelmäßig eine Rechnung über Klarna für 6,99 wegen Xbox live. Jedoch ist weder auf meinem Account noch mir bekannten ein Abo getätigt.

Weder Klarna oder Microsoft fühlt sich für das Problem verantwortlich. Kann mir einer Helfen was ich noch machen kann. Werde sicherlich nichts zahlen was nicht von mir kommt! Und ich bin komplett am durch drehen.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend first check the
order history. It will show what the payment is for. If still have questions, you can request a call from support. They will be able to help you find out what the payment is for.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

We understand that the issue being experienced concerns with charges for
Games with Gold and you're looking to refund those two charges made to the account.

Our suggestion here as the forums does not carry the tools necessary to review the billing of an account, ensure that the reason for the charges to the account are not the cause of the
subscription not being active. After this is confirmed, review our
refund request webform wizard for full assistance with those two charges.

Unfortunately, prepaid cards or account balance cannot be used to pay an overdue bill. It will have to be paid using a valid payment method such as a credit card or PayPal. After the overdue balance is paid, your normal subscription can be then paid with
a prepaid card like in the past.

Thanks for replying and keeping us in the loop! Sorry that the refund request web form didn't pull up on your last step of the wizard. I'm going to apply the link in this post and I hope that it gets you where you need to be. Bear in mind that it may take
up to 48 hours to receive a response after submitting the refund request, please.
