    Receved notice that to eliminate advertisements I needed to pay to upgrade to Premium MSN Games


    About a month ago, I received a notice that I needed to upgrade to premium MSN games in order to eliminate advertisements. I approved an Annual payment of $14.99. A couple weeks later, I received another notice, same as before--I thought maybe I was using
    two different applications so I approved another annual payment of $14.99. In the last couple of days, I received the same message again!! What is going on?

    Please direct me to the correct site were I can get an explanation and hopefully a refund!

    Microsoft Mahjong not recognizing my 1 year upgrade.

    In February, 2016, I purchased Microsoft Mahjong upgrade for 1 year. I had to reinstall Microsoft Solitaire collection and now Mahjong is no longer recognizing the premium upgrade so I am getting the advertisements. How do I get it to recognize the premium
    upgrade. The login is correct.

    In this instance I would contact
    Microsoft support     Due to the double payments and it keeps popping up. Maybe there are multiple accounts being signed in on the pc. Either way they will be able to help you sort it out.

    Microsoft support     Due to the double payments and it keeps popping up. Maybe there are multiple accounts being signed in on the pc. Either way they will be able to help you sort it out.

    Solitare Pyramid on Windows 8.1

    Since upgrade to Win 8.1, Premium user bonus button entitled "Give me an Extra Deal" in (paid-up for a year) Premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire Collection closes app. Other button entitled "Give me a Wild Card" does work. correctly. No "Upgrade
    Available" in Store available for installed Premium MS Solitaire.. I am hesitant to uninstall/reinstall for fear I will need to pay again. Unsure how my account is linked to the Xbox name given me by the game. Can you help?

    Yeah i agree if they made the online gaming experience alot better and had a guarantee that they would never bring in advertising during that consoles lifecycle I would probably pay, but it ain't gonna happen like that.

    That is the primary reason why i cancelled Gold on Xbox 360. - For me personally, i will never pay for or accept advertising on any premium service.

    Especially when the product i initially bought didn't have any advertising on the dashboard.
