Recently my Internet provider had some problems

I recently had problems with my internet provider and I was unable to download the Rayman 3d game, is there any possibility of doing this for free.

I have recently had this problem. If you have poor Internet connection or service it may cause the installation to stop.

Try maybe contacting your Internet provider, if you have tried all the steps mentioned in the previous comments, and are still having issues.

I had to have a new line ran due to poor Internet service, with my internet provider, and now i have no issues with installation stopping.

Looks like a DNS problem (i had one last month), i had to call my internet provider to fix it. I could only use Google and Whatsapp for some weird reason.

I had a bad internet connection and had the same trouble, I was able to get onto live but could never find a game, and I was about to accept game invite with not probs. I recently whent with a new internet provider and never had this problem again. It also
did this with Battlefield a couple of times. I also know my connection was better when it was wired and NOT wirless. Im not too smart with games but it sounds like an internet problem or something is wrong with the game it self.

I called my internet provider also. They walked me through some attempts to fix and then determined the problem is with the Xbox and not the internet provider.
