Recently moved, cannot access G4G 360 games.

I recently moved from the US to Latin America. From everything I was told, not by MS, my games would transfer without the need for a VPN. All my purchased games for all 3 generations play fine, as do all my One G4G games. Is there a way to fix this without
having to resort to using a VPN or similar service?

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns not being able to access your Games with Gold Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One console.

When it comes to accessing game licenses in another country, a VPN would need to be applied to the entire network for all devices in order to access those games. There is no current process to allow access to those licenses due to country restrictions. We
recommend reviewing the information found through our how to update your Microsoft account if you’re moving
to a new country or region support article for other inquires involving moving your account.

Its not subjective. Ps games are free to an extent. Ms games are free for you to keep.

So ps games simply are not free. And technically neither are xbox g4g.

Hey, MSUZeppfan! Since it works on your wife's account, it sounds like your game save might be corrupted. Have you tried moving the save you have on the 360 to somewhere that you cannot access (like temporarily moving it to a flash drive) and then launching
up a brand new game? Does that work for you?
