    Recently intermittent latency spikes


    Has anyone noticed intermittent latency spikes in the most recent update?

    I know it was a problem with previous builds and believe it might have came back. Regardless of game or method of connection, I’m seeing spikes every 5 seconds from 50ms to roughly 300ms. I’ve recorded videos of this happening on every multiplayer game and both wired and wireless.

    Fixed it! I called Xbox network support number and they helped a lot. my problem was that I was using a Apple router and I guess they are terrible. they create lag issues for games. I directly connected my Ethernet cable to the modem instead of the crap
    apple router and I haven't lagged since. hope this helps anyone with the same or similar issue. if not id advise you to call Xbox support number because they are awesome. It wasn't even the Microsoft problem and they still helped me out.

    Same thing happens to me all game. I get that message at least 10-15 times per match. It makes this game unplayable. And just in case someone asks, here's what my network stat are when I test them

    Download speed: 9.58 Mbps

    Upload Speed: 1.20 Mbps

    Download Packet Loss: 0%

    Upload Packet Loss: 2%

    MTU: 1480

    Latency: 84 ms

    Seems like a lot of people are having lag issues guys. Hold tight. I'm sure they're looking into it. Sorry I don't have more info!

    Was that the time the servers were lagging though? It may not have been on your end. Have you tried playing since then? Let me know if it happens again. :]
