Recently I bought Mortal Kombat 11 ultimate on disc.

Alright, so I bought the disc and put in Disc 1 to install everything, but it just stops midway through. My guess is that the disc is taking up a lot of space or something, because almost everything turns greyed out or doesn't load properly after I put the disc in. The game and DLCs won't even install, and I've tried the methods provided to fix the issue, but they haven't worked. Is there anything else I can do? The disc works perfectly, it just doesn't seem to install properly.

Yes, this is only happening on mortal kombat 11 ultimate. I have a call of duty cold war disc and it downloads perfectly fine. I got the disc for Mortal Kombat 11 ultimate on december and i havent been able to download it since. I did have the game pass version of mortal kombat 11 but i fully deleted it to be absolutely sure that wasn’t the reason it wasn’t downloading.

Yeah, I tried this when I got home, and none of it worked. I reset it and held down the power button and everything, but I'm generally at a loss for what to do. I also play on a series s.

Since you have a disc drive, you have a One S.

If you look at it, is it downloading an update? Try installing and refusing the update. Install the update after the game has installed by starting the game.

Hello Imsorryforyou, I don't know what your console model would be, try to free up more space on your console by uninstalling a game and then follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.
