Discus and support Recent subterrain update deleted the save for game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i was enjoying puting over 30hrs into this game already.     Recent subterrain update deleted the save for game


    i was enjoying puting over 30hrs into this game already. Update came then the game save was gone. Not good

    When you deleted the BF3 content, did you delete everything on your hard drive except the save file for the game? Also, have you downloaded this most recent update

    here     along with the 1.5GB texture pack that it prompts you to download when you launch the game? Let us know. Thanks!

    If I delete/uninstall an xbox one game, am I also deleting the updates along with it?

    It deletes everything including updates the only thing is cloud saves, local saves everything is gone, I had to reinstall about 6 doom updates due to uninstalling game then they just add new dlc

    Gears of War: Freeze and Crash After Last Update?

    Everything leads me to believe it has to do with the recent update of the console, as before it never happened, I tried everything possible (delete save, clear storage cache, reinstall the game etc etc).

    It is hope to correct ... :(

    I'm still playing the game, so deleting all my saves would be a problem, since it would delete my most recent saves from my current playthrough as well.

    Ok guys I had the same issue and took the following steps:

    1. Delete saved game data from xbox one. Did not fix problem.

    2.delete saved game data from everywhere. Did not fix problem started new save game data. No fix.

    3.deleted entire game and any updates. Reinstalled/downloaded. Kept save data. Problem fixed.

    In short. Uninstaller and delete game including updates. Keep your saved game data. Redownload and reinstall. This worked for me.
