    Recent service repair order


    I had sent in an elite 2 Xbox controller for repair, and was subsequently shipped a replacement, and it was set to arrive today, however over the weekend the fedex tracking number provided by Microsoft seems to have issues, and is no longer updating location,
    has an issue logged and now shows as being delivered Friday back to place of origin(Microsoft KY) with my name.

    I am just worried about the status since my Microsoft account no longer shows the order for the replacement nor the tracking. Plus with fed ex showing the package as being returned under my name to the place of origin, my concern is that my account will
    show it as delivered and therefore completed but I will not have received a replacement for the controller I already shipped to Microsoft.

    I was in chat this whole morning trying to see if perhaps there's just information I am not privy to, but they couldn't help tried to connect me with Xbox see if maybe they could help.... tried to call and just in this infinite loop of check website and
    contact support, and then the website saying no calls are being taken for the issue I have.

    I just don't know what to do, the replacement will be shipped back and then I don't know if they will try to ship it back again, I mean what a dreadful experience.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic. Typically billing options
    will have those available.

    When sending in a console for repair, the instructions do state to only send the console in as nothing else is guaranteed to be returned.

    You'll have to contact support for that. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing some concern over a controller you sent in for replacement. If your warranty expired after the replacement order was created you should experience no issue and receive a new controller with a warranty
