Recent service order

I had recently submitted a service order for my Xbox One X and just received it back in the mail today. Upon receiving it though, my power cable and HDMI cable sent were not included in the packaging. I had another xbox cable I could use, fired up my xbox,
and the very first thing I saw was the graphical glitch I had sent the xbox in for.

Attempting to complete this process has been extremely frustrating and now I am out an additional power cable and HDMI cable. Is there anyway I can contact microsoft support and have my cables returned to me?

I honestly feel I would be better of trading it in at gamestop and buying a new xbox at this rate...if there was even inventory in my area.

When sending in a console for repair, the instructions do state to only send the console in as nothing else is guaranteed to be returned.

In order to play online games such as Black Ops 4, you are required to have the most recent update available for the game in order to connect to the online services. So unfortunately, these updates are not optional.

The list have been broken like this for a while for me. We are talking many months.

My issue is that this used to work. I could go to recent players and the most recent were there. I play daily and my list is full of 1 day to mostly weeks ago.

I was playing PUBG and there were 2 people playing together is solo. I want avoid and report but I cannot find anyone as it only shows people from 1 week or more on that list. I search for said player and it returns as nothing found. And the name was
correct.

Not sure how something that worked for so long is not so broken. I would leave feedback but after this long there is NO WAY they do not realize it. I thought maybe it was just me so I started asking around and everybody I know with an Xbox One has this
issue. So now I cannot block players who do crap like team kill in Fortnite (I tried to do that a few weeks ago), I cannot block players who refused to do anything in squad on PUBG, forget blocking players who stand in spawn on Paladin's.

I love Xbox and Live gaming. But this really upsets me as I want to block and avoid people like that. It is enough that I am not buying any more Xbox related stuff until this is fixed. Seems like so often MS takes more steps back than forward.

In my experience I've always received the email with the shipping label within about 10 minutes.

I would of contacted support again if it hadn't arrived within a few hours.
