    My recent screenshot captures are stating under the screenshot, the title of the game followed by for xbox one, ie (The Callisto Protocol for Xbox one) yet the game isn't an xbox one game but a series x game is this normal? Or is there a way to rectify it saying series x?

    I'm only asking this cause its confusing me.

    Are there any issues with the captures beyond that it is displaying the wrong console generation? If not, then I'd just try and ignore it...sometimes weird bugs happen, sometimes they recify themselves, other times it's just the way it is

    Thanks for that information. Have you tried to search in the Xbox store for The Callisto Protocol for Xbox Series X|S if you see the version already installed on your console?

    After purchasing the upgrade, search in the Xbox store for The Callisto Protocol:tm: for Xbox Series X|S to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game.

    May I know if screenshot label that says for Xbox One happens to multiple next generation games for Series X/S?

    If so, let's try to refresh your console by performing a power cycle. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

    You can also remove your profile and add it back again.

    Try to disable and re-enable your capture settings.
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > Preferences > Capture & share.

    Our last resort would be performing a factory reset. There's an option to keep your games and apps. Though, it's not guaranteed to fix the issue if it's really how the system is detecting your games. Check the guide here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/...
