Recent games not showing up in achievement list

Recently, my games have not been showing up in my achievement list on my Xbox. I have earned the achievements, my gamer score has gone up, and everything, but the games are not appearing on the list. I cannot view any statistics for the game such as time
played, or anything else. The latest game on the list is NBA 2K18, which I last played approximately 2 weeks ago. No other games I have played, new or old, have gone to the top of the list (if previously downloaded and played) or have appeared (if new).

Privacy Settings? - Achievements & Clips to appear on FEED

What Privacy settings needs to be enabled in order for your ACHIEVEMENTS & GAME CLIPS to appear in your friends' FEED lists?

I am a bit confused as my settings seem to be right, but my recent ACHIEVEMENTS & recent RECORDED CLIPS, are not showing up on my friends' feed list.

 

Achievement problem on xbox one.

The achievements i have completed show up in the achievement list in fallout 3, but when i go to my profile my gamer score has not increased and its not showing up in achievements.

 

The achievements are missing only on the xbox, or they are also missing on internet? (
xbox app or Sign in to your Microsoft account )

 

They’re missing everywhere. Xbox console, Xbox App, and on the Xbox website.

 

Then try to wait a few days, since is not only on the console is a bug/glitch on xbox live achievement system.

 

Yeah few of mine been missing awhile no, is there a way to ever get it back
