Recent backwards comp games

I’m trying to install Conker, Blinx, And Jade empire onto my Xbox one and it keeps giving me an error message that it’s not compatible. Any ideas on answers?

Lestar, are you the person that says backwards comp is impossible. The thought of abandoning current games prior to 10 years is foolish. Yes, I agree though there could very well be better consoles sold. They will be backwards comp though or I guess the
game rental business will do great.

 

PLEASE ADD IN BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY

when I try to install, it thinks it’s a 360 game. Telling me to check the backwards compatibility list

Are you seeing this issue with an external drive or the internal drive?

Is your console plugged into a power strip or surge protector by chance?

Let's be sure to
uninstall the games from your console,
power cycle the console, and then try to install them once more.

surge protector, both internal and external storage. I’ve never had a problem installing crimson & Kotor I from discs

 

Let's for sure move the power to a wall outlet. As the console has a built in power unit using things like surge protector and power strips will only cause the console to get less than the required power needed for all of its actions.

This will cause problems with hard drives, playing games, using discs, and installing apps.

Once that is fixed be sure to follow the reinstall steps we recommended and then post back and let us know if you are still running into issues.
