If your purchases were just made recently, they would not have been made in the month of February, and would not be eligible for this offer.

having kinda the same problem, playing missions over and over and over-getting 3 stars and stuck on 125! (1 short) the campaign stats mission stars pages are poorly designed as they don't show you which missions you are short on all difficulty levels

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

Since both your For Honor and Halo Wars 2 purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for this offer. They did both award punches on the Games on Demand offer, however.
