If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

Remember the Live Rewards program is managed by a different company, and not Microsoft.

All i can say is sit tight for and see what happens around the middle of the month.

I figured, that whenever there are two Punchcards promoting the same video game, that conflict is true. It always happens if the Punchcards that require the purchase of content items/licenses is involved. The Punchcards that have been activated of the two are/remain functional. Then related other Puchcards can no longer be activated, because they share the same tags/flags as long as both Punchcards are (remaining) online/active. In order to negate this conflict for your future promotions of video games via Microsoft Rewards App for Xbox that way, you must set different IDs for the active states of Punchcards for equal video games. That way I missed out on some Microsoft Rewards Points, and most recently the one related to the Resident Evil Vil.l.age to play Punchcard, where its second conditions were achieved. This is not that much of a problem, with the loss of relative rewards, but the more is the fact, that this is troublesome, while it only negatively conditions our minds/thoughts.

it seems that there have been some issues with several punchcard offers the last few days.

Just follow the link at the bottom of the Rewards site and contact the Rewards support.

They'll sure give you the missing Rewards points.

I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.
