Hey there MikeW2k! This is a peculiar issue. Let's see if we can get those emails to stop for you! First, can you confirm that the emails are addressing this gamertag you've posted with? If they are can I have you try the following.



As a test, would you mind selecting the option on both the above sites to receive promotional emails? Leave it for a day and then switch it back off? This might be the extra kick the system needs to get your email off the mailing list. A heads up though,
it can take up to 10 days for the change to be reflected!

Thanks for the reply. Yes this is a setting i checked the day i signed up for Xbox live. In fact, after the last Xbox marketing email i got, i went to check the setting and that's why i decided to call and post.
