    Receiving "Wrong Region" Error When Trying to Purchase Xbox Game Pass – All Region Settings...


    I'm trying to purchase Xbox Game Pass, but I keep getting a "Wrong Region" error, even though all my system settings are correctly configured for Turkey.

    What I’ve already tried:

    • Verified that my Microsoft account region is set to Turkey.
    • Checked my Windows region and language settings – all set to Turkish (Turkey).
    • Confirmed that the store region is also Turkey.
    • I am physically located in Turkey, and I'm not using any VPN or proxy service.
    • Tried using both a credit card and a digital code, but the error persists.
    System Information:

    • OS: Windows 11 (latest updates installed)
    • Browser: Microsoft Edge / Chrome
    • Location: Turkey
    • Microsoft Account Region: Turkey
    • Payment Method: Local Turkish credit card
    Error Message:

    I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue, as I have double-checked all regional settings and they all point to Turkey.

    Please ensure your account region is set to Argentina, or the region you are currently located in. Using other regions will cause issues with payments and is against Microsoft's terms of service.

    Are you receiving any error messages or error codes when trying to pay for Game Pass? If so, please provide photos of them.
