    i've been a member of the reward points program since 2013 and have over 80000 gamerscore however havent been rewarded any points for it, i've previously spoke to somebody in support, i was told to delete my account and add it back which still didnt fix
    the problem which i was then sent here.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Gamerscore does not affect
    awarding of Credits.

    Issue with receiving my Rewards points.

    1 - The netflix points are awarded after trial is completed

    2 - Make your very first Xbox LIVE Marketplace purchase and pick up 100 Microsoft Points. (it has to be the first thing you ever bought)

    How do I know whether my Rewards Points have been deposited to my account?

    A. Log in to Xbox LIVE Rewards to see a summary of your pending, awarded and bonus points on the MyRewards page. You can review these just like any other statement. You will also receive a monthly Rewards statement via email, showing you what you've earned
    and how many points have been deposited into your Xbox LIVE account. So be sure to provide us your accurate email address so we can notify you when your Rewards Points are ready to spend. You can also look for Rewards Points deposits in your Microsoft Billing
    Points activity area.

    Issue with receiving my Rewards points.

    When I use the link to billing, it sends a code to an old email address. I changed it in my account on the 16th. I've actually had this current email for two years, but I've been too lazy to change it until recently. When I select the link for 'not using
    this email address' it takes me to the account page and reflects the changes I made on the 16th. I hit 'save' and tried again, but it's still sending the email to my old address.

    Issue with receiving my Rewards points.

    For Netflix, you have to keep the subscription for a month before you'll earn the points. Also keep in mind that it does have to be the first time you've ever used it. So if you had ever used it before joining the program, you would not receive those points.

    As far as purchases, you only receive points if there is a specific offer on the site at the time. There was no offer in September that Dawnguard would have fallen under.

    You can check for points deposits by going to
    https://billing.microsoft.com
    and looking under transactions. The points would have been deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you had earned at least 100 points (usually a couple of days before those dates). They will not be listed
    as rewards points, but only as credits. The billing site will only show you transactions from the past year, so unfortunately if you had any deposits before then, you would not be able to track them.
