Receiving Payment Confirmation

I previously shared an Xbox with a friend, but I have since then sold the console to them but I am still receiving e-mails whenever they make a purchase. They are not using my card and I have no idea how to stop it. I have tried managing devices and it is
not there. I only know the gamertag, all I would like is for their e-mail to be changed to their own one.

1. I don't remember under which account I bought the xbox live. I am receiving the payment confirmation every month but I'm not using it.

2. To change the payment from monthly to yearly what shall I do?

Confirmation Payment

So I purchased the repair for my Xbox 360 and when I hit the submit button it timed me out but when I looked at my bank account it processed the money, but there is no email showing my order number or packaging print slip and it also says that I have no
order history. What should I do?

two things your email is linked to your ms account I'm assuming which means you will always get purchase or transactions linked to the account

However you can unlijk it but what you are doing is a violation of the terms of use

So I'd would tell him to stop using yiur account before enforcement a catches on

What i am trying to purchase is xbox live membership, one of the payment options is mobile phone payment, i am suposed to receive a confirmation code via sms to my number so that i can confirm it is realy me trying to buy it, they tell me that the message
has been sent however i never received anything.

Was the last email you received from the team confirming the refund and that in a few days you would receive the refund in the payment method used?

You should receive it immediately if the refund has been approved. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to confirm if the status is refunded, once confirmed, kindly check your payment method to validate your balance.

That did not help. What i was trying to say is that that when i try to add mobile phone payment as a payment option, microsoft says that they will send me a verification code to my number via sms to confirm that it is me, however i never actually receive
this code.
