Black Ops 4 Preorder Beta Access

My son downloaded the digital preorder of Black Ops 4. I had the same question as many for how to access the beta offered with pre-order. Once you've downloaded the game you have to search in the store for Black Ops 4 private beta. It is a separate free
download for you to access the Beta offered. I found this out by contacting Xbox directly and it worked for my son when he had trouble. Good luck!

Pre-ordered Black Ops 4, didn't receive code

If you purchased it digitally then you dont get a beta code as you dont need one. You are automatically added to the beta when purchasing it digitally through Xbox Live or PSN.

You don't need one! Code redemption is not necessary for pre-orders through the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store, or pre-purchases through Battle.net. You're automatically registered to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Private Blackout Beta
on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One or Early Access to the Blackout Open Beta on PC. When the Blackout Beta begins, you'll be able to download it immediately.

If that's still happening you need to call Xbox and ask them to give you a code to download.

It could be that there was something up with your pre-order for that game.

If the pre-order was cancelled or refunded, you might have to buy pre-order it again to get it to let you access that.

I would suggest checking your order history really quick at
https://account.microsoft.com/account/Account?destrt=home-index and making sure it shows that it has not been cancelled.

If it looks ok, then you might want to remove and redownload your account from the xbox next. Try doing that with the instructions

here as well.

Give those things a try and let me know if this helped resolve your issue!
