Receiving error 0x80080005 when installing Xbox Beta App

Hi, I've read some other posts on this and seen a reply that required information so I'll save some time.

I've bought the Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) membership, it's active on my subscription page, I've recently built this PC with a fresh copy of Windows 10 and is up to date. I've gone through the troubleshooter but the "Gaming Services" download has been
stuck on "Starting Download" for well over 15 minutes.

When I click on the installer, it asks me for permission for the Host Process for Windows Service, I agree and the progress bar jumps about a third of the way. After about 10 minutes it gives me the error code: 0x80080005

I've run my antivirus, malwarebytes and restarted my PC several times. I've gone into command prompt and run the sfc/scannow line but found no problematic files.

What else can I do and why won't it work?

That's the part I'm having trouble with, I can't get past a third of the installation bar without the error code coming up and stopping the install.

Try to reinstall the xbox beta app and see if that solves your issue.

Another update:

So I've reinstalled my Xbox App, and now when I tried installing anything from there it always go from Preparing to Error 0x80080005.

Now I've googled my way through this error, restart a couple of services according to a couple different thread from here, but I always get 0x80080005.

Before this weekend my Xbox App was set to install games on my E: drive where my SSD NVMe is. Now I tried using C: and it is still giving me 0x80080005. This is very frustrating, while similar service like EA Origin never gives me this hard time

When I try to download from microsoft Store, the download never starts. From Xbox.com, I can download the app but the installation never finish, it stalls in the middle...

I get error (0X80080005) when trying to install the app after a few minutes...

Also I'm able to install the app on my laptop without any problems

Now I'm going deeper into the rabbit hole. I opened up Windows Event Viewer and saw that GamingServices (which I think is required for Game Pass to work) always throw this error:

The GamingServices service terminated with the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.

And this only started happening on 07/12/2019. Either there was a botched update on my GamingServices, or somehow it got corrupted. I'll try to reinstall this again.
