    I posted a looking for group post on Fallout 76 stating i was selling ammo and junk for 1 cap and doing custom orders and i used the cent symbol so now i have a suspension. Looking back i can see how an automated bot could think i meant real money but i used the symbol for the in game currency which are caps. This is my first ever strike and it wont let me appeal it or even get a call back.

    If it's not eligible for an appeal, then all you can do is wait out. LFG posts are only for looking for others to play a game with. Offering to buy/sell/trade anything in them (including in-game content) is not permitted.

    I cannot file a case on my suspension

    If you dont see the option to file a case review then you are not eligible.

    You can only file a case review for a suspension that is longer than 24 hours. You must file the case review within 12 months of receiving the suspension. It will only work on account suspensions not console bans. Finally you can only file one case review
    a year.

    You cant. The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they can only be contacted by filing for a case review. 24 hr suspensions are not eligible for case review. They wont go into specifics either way though.

    If you have received a suspension on your account you can view it at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible.

    If you have just been reported and you have done nothing wrong, the enforcement team won't take action. Each report is investigated.
